Idea: Music is often something I rely on when I'm anxious. Whether it be listening to something on a long car ride, or sleeping with a familiar videogame soundtrack on, music is always there for me when I need it.

Synthesis: Used monochromatic color palette to represent anxiety, will have a space set up with headphones and a song playing for people to listen to. I'll distort the song a little, as well as adding in heavy breathing and heart beating in order to represent what it feels like to live with intense anxiety.
